Before I joined the team, I have been working with organizations from various industries on the commercialization of new technologies and spin-off projects. Now I support founders on their journey, connecting them to investors and helping them to understand their customers. As a psychologist, I also support start-ups in building strong teams.

Before joining XPRENEURS, I founded and led Organifarms as Managing Director, guiding the company from inception to its acquisition by EBZ in 2025. At XPRENEURS, I work as Head of Acceleration and Venture Consultant with the ESA Business Accelerator, where I support space-technology scale-ups in securing funding and achieving sustainable growth, while also leading acceleration programs that help startups refine their strategies, connect with mentors and investors, and successfully scale their businesses.

Besides having gained professional experience in various companies, ranging from agile start-ups to international banks and tech-companies, I also grew my professional network as a former founder. With my broad expertise and number driven mind I therefore support start-ups on their way to successful investments or operational excellence.

My journey began in the vibrant start-up scene of San Francisco, following that I started working in a start up consultancy helping founders improve their business models. However, my fascination with food systems and the potential of meat alternatives led me down a compelling path. After working with a pioneering meat alternative scale-up, I'm now back in consultancy, armed with a deep passion for reshaping the food system.

My journey in entrepreneurship began when I fell in love with the vast start-up ecosystem in Lisbon. In various roles, I supported ventures from different stages and industries - ranging from student-led to corporate. At XPRENEURS, I am helping impactful tech start-ups realize their potential using an analytical and human-centered approach.

Driven by the desire to move cutting-edge science out of the lab and into the real world, I transitioned from a PhD in Neuroscience to the front lines of deep tech entrepreneurship, where I gained experience as a founding partner in an early stage health tech venture. At XPRENEURS, I now bridge the gap between complex research and commercial success. I help founders translate technical milestones into investor-ready narratives, refine their strategic positioning, and navigate the unique hurdles of scaling science-based ventures.

Growing up in Silicon Valley sparked my interest in the startup ecosystem, which I further explored through hands-on experience at a startup, as well as during my master’s in entrepreneurship in Lisbon, where I led partnerships and event initiatives within a student-led entrepreneurship organization. As the Program Manager at XPRENEURS, I develop programs that help startups navigate challenges, establish meaningful connections, and accelerate their growth.

I have already worked in different start-ups developing social media campaigns and marketing strategies and therefore know what the start-up spirit feels like. At XPRENEURS I support the teams with my expertise in social media marketing but also in the fields of branding and content marketing.

Before joining the team, I worked as a Founder Associate in a U.S. start-up and developed two start-up projects during my studies in innovations management and entrepreneurship. With hands-on experience from the start-up side I now support XPRENEURS contributing to project coordination and implementation and process digitalization.

My interest in the startup ecosystem grew during my studies in Sustainable Management & Technology and Politics & Technology, where I became fascinated by circularity and the future of food, and how entrepreneurial teams turn sustainability challenges into real solutions. At XPRENEURS, I support the AgriFood Hub & Acceleration activities through outreach and content, co-organizing workshops, demo days and student projects.

My passion for the startup ecosystem began during my M.Sc.in Sustainable Resource Management at TUM, where I focused on sustainability and innovation, and grew further through my work experiences at EIT Food and research-driven environments in the agri-food innovation space. At XPRENEURS, I support the team across operations, ecosystem activities, and marketing & events, helping and maintaining our community of founders and partners.
